Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Lively Loop (livelyloop.app) processes, why, and how you can control it. The data controller is Sole proprietor [full name] (“we”). Contact: hello@livelyloop.app.
1. What we collect
- Account data: email address, name (if you give it or it comes from Google), site language, newsletter consent.
- Your projects: measurements, gauge, chosen designs, saved patterns, your own cable, colourwork and lace charts, step check-marks and the row counter.
- Subscription and payments: plan, trial and billing dates, amounts and payment status. We never receive or store card details — the payment provider handles them.
- Usage data: which sections and builders are opened, where a visitor came from (for example Instagram or search), device type and language — not linked to you unless you are signed in.
- Messages: what you send through “Report a mistake”, together with the settings of the current pattern.
2. Why
- to provide the service: calculate patterns, save projects and sync them across devices;
- to manage your subscription, trial and payments;
- to fix calculation mistakes and improve the site;
- to send service emails (sign-in, payments, changes to terms) and — only with your consent — news and discounts.
The legal bases are your consent and the performance of our contract (the terms of use), under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, where it applies, the GDPR.
3. Who else processes data
We do not sell your data. We use these processors acting on our behalf: Supabase (database and sign-in, servers in the EU, Ireland); Cloudflare (hosting and email forwarding); Google (Google sign-in, if you choose it); an email delivery service and a newsletter service; a payment provider.
4. How long
Account data and projects are kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days after you delete it, except payment records the law requires us to keep longer. Anonymised usage statistics may be kept longer.
5. Your rights
At any time you can view and change your data in your account, unsubscribe from the newsletter, ask for a copy of your data, delete your account (“Delete account” in your account or an email to hello@livelyloop.app) and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
6. Age
The service is for people aged 14 and over.
7. Cookies and browser storage
We use browser storage (localStorage) to keep you signed in and to remember your settings and projects on this device. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date below and email you about significant changes.
